We draw the flowchart on a paper, this flowchart will include
the website pages
(Home page for site and other pages which are linked by it)

Designing of web pages
• Design the shapes of the pages(Home page- Gallery -..)
• Identify the different formatting (font-background- colors -
the location of videos, texts and pictures in the web pages..)
• Identify the different hyperlinks in pages
 Preparation
Preparation and processing of web pages
• Preparing of the texts
Determining the texts that you will use in the web pages
(Creation date of school –school address –Tel. no -…)

• Preparing of the pictures
Determining some photos related to the web site using mobile or
digital camera, and save all pictures in folder on your computer
You should save the pictures with appropriate extension such as (Gif -
Png –Pmb –jpg)

Determining some sound and video files using mobile or digital
camera related the web site, and save all sound and video files in
folder on your computer with appropriate extension
 Implementation
Implementation of web pages
• Convert the previous stages into website that can be displayed
through the Internet browser.  
• Insert the data (Texts – Audio – Video - Pictures)into the website. 
• Create hyperlinks, through it you can move between different
web pages using HTML commands.
 Publishing
Publishing the web site online
It is to book the web address (URL) for the website and assign the
location on the server.
