dental development.

Chief complaint of patient
Patient had a complaint of multiple missing teeth in upper
front teeth region.

Diagnosis

A 17 year old male patient diagnosed as skeletal class III with


retrognathic maxilla and retrognathic mandible with vertical growth
pattern, dentally Angle’s class III subdivision malocclusion with multiple
impacted teeth, multiple supernumerary teeth, reverse jet, over-
retained deciduous teeth with concave profile and competent lips.
Treatment Objectives
Correction of Skeletal Class III Jaw bases

Alignment and leveling

Surgical exposure of impacted teeth.

Correction of molar relationship

Achieving ideal overjet and overbite

Achieving pleasing profile

Conclusion

required.
