Today I led a tour in Praha, Czech Republic. Everything seemed great until the
local guide who was working with me today gave our customers different
information from what I have shared with them.

My customers looked so confused and kept asking us why the two information of
that place were not the same. I was awkward as that was the first time I had
been in that situation.
