GUIDELINES
 GUIDELINES
• Cooperating Teacher (CT) should always be
present during the demonstration teaching of
the Student Teacher (ST).
 GUIDELINES
• All lessons demonstrated by the ST must be
evaluated by the CT using the prescribed
evaluation form.
• A post-conference shall be done after the
demonstration.
 GUIDELINES
• ST must be able to complete at least 10
evaluated lessons.
 GUIDELINES
• Lesson plans (DETAILED) of the ST should be
passed and checked 3 days before the execution of
the lesson proper.
• Lesson plans must be in cursive written form.
• Requirements: 2 lesson plan book (draft and final)
 GUIDELINES
• During the checking of the lesson plan, the CT
must give his/her comments for improvement at
the end of the lesson plan.
• A revised copy of the checked lesson plan must
be submitted to the CT before the lesson proper.
 GUIDELINES
• STRICTLY no lesson plan, no teaching
demonstration.
 GUIDELINES
• During the final demo, the CT, the principal,
and the supervising teacher must be present
and must give their evaluation after.
