Introduction
I have been asked to implement designs aspects also I need to build a computer network and
ultimately have a perspective on how to fix a problem or solution in regards of the friend’s music
shop. The Music store doesn’t have computer equipment so that my perspective in my description
and my viewpoints of a computer network. Lastly I will be explaining the user’s requirements to
initially use the network and by having access to the internet on that network also I will be including
long term solutions in regards of making the network stable also to make the user’s requirements
for usability and accessibility.
How the computer network will fulfil the stated purpose and ‘client’ requirements?

The purpose for the new computer network is to ensure that you have the internet access when browsing via internet when
researching sales and stock control. The second PC needs the access to the internet when downloading music via internet because
without the access to the internet then you will not have the ability to access the internet for download any music. The PC will need
to download music either on music platforms online via the internet such as: Apple Music or Spotify to listen to music and potentially
downloading the music on your mp3 player or your mobile phone. You can download music directly on your laptop or PC to your
music player. Where you can download music directly online where the music is not potentially free but rather subscription because
if you download free music that is breaking the law because downloading free music is not permitted. I will be using a usb drive,
flash drive, external hard drive that can be inserted into my laptop or PC to download music online because it has easy access to
downloading music online. It is more efficient because the storage devices purpose is to save the music so you can listen to your
music on your mp3 player almost anywhere on the go.

Sales and stock control will need to ensure that the high spec PC has the capabilities to handle the professional software applied for
the stock control also it will need the access to the internet because the investor will need to research if other companies or
business are increasing or decreasing in value. For instance Tesla has managed its stock control very efficiently by according to
stock control by applying the diagram of design aspects you will need software and hardware to acquire this because you need to
keep documentation of the record of the sales you are getting for e.g. yearly record. For instance Tesla needs to track the
progression of its sales and values annually it will be implemented either on a spreadsheet or form as diagram such as a bar chart
where you can manipulate data and information in a bar chart so you can show a visual result where it can be very understandable
and brilliantly explained. A high spec PC has been used for showing progress, track sales, show data and information all of these
methodology is a fantastic way to perfect you’re data and information extracted and then trying to implement the information in the
bar chart.
 How the computer network will fulfil the stated purpose and ‘client’ requirements?

Lastly the client requirements of setting up a computer system for the IT administration you will need the access to the
internet. You will need the access to improved software and hardware which is compulsory which is initially you will need
dual monitors because to multi task you’re acquired task of what you are doing. You will need access to shared files that
has been shared by colleagues also you will need to have the ability to change other user’s usernames and passwords. As
part of the IT administration you will need to have the access to all computers because just in case having the access to all
computers to monitor what the colleagues are doing on their computer as part of administration. You will have the ability to
access large amount of files also you will need to send large amounts of files across the via internet because other network
engineers and companies such as Virgin Media can receive your files that will have important files being sent or received
by colleagues or the IT administration. The IT administration will needs access to files from various companies of the business so
that communication through emails of using file permissions will be efficient and beneficial because the files that has been granted
access to other companies of your organisation, company or business associated with networking. For instance file permission will
be used in IT administration such as the floor plan in a organisation such as a school where an organisation will design a floor plan
in regards of how the cables are interconnected and the route is going to take to get to the employer’s office where the main server
is allocated. The floor plan will be used because to pre plan out how the initial approach will be for e.g. will the network engineer or
Virgin Media going to feeb the fiber copper wires to give the IT administration a excellent strength connection, with stable internet,
giving more megabits, high internet speeds which helps improve bandwidth so that more files can be shared and received. For the
IT administration they have multiple screens because the IT administration you will have screens for all the computers in the School
e.g. a Primary School also have the access to the School’s server. As the IT administrator I will have need softwares such as:
databases, spreadsheets such as Excel to implement data and information doing IT administration work.

For instance a server is there to connect all the computers together through data cable

which are fiber copper wires where it provides the internet access also it
provides a better internet connection and bandwidth with high speeds connections. A server is connected to a switch through ethernet to give a direct
access to the internet to the workstation for e.g. if you in a office a server will come in the equation by sharing data, information, resources to the client
because the server is what provides the service to the client so the client has access to different things that improves functionality and usability. As part
of IT administration a server has been used to store cables internally, where every computer cable has been implemented in the correct place
according to the position e.g. E1. A server provides many computers to communicate with each other by allowing resources such as files, information,
data to being sent and received by the clients. The role of the switch’s purpose of the switch is that it is interconnected computers it allows data to be
exchanged between computers and devices. A server runs a specialized software to run other computers. A computer that uses a many services being
provided by a server also the computer granted access to the web which is associated as a client. The router routes the direction by the amount of
traffic through a network which allows many various PC's traffic through such as data through a network and a server allows data and information
through the network perfectly. The cables connections has been used between these hardware are the following cables such as data cables, fiber
wires, telephone lines etc: these components are being inserted internally in the server to connect to the clients. A backbone has been applied that
enables fiber cables that ultimately is connected to a large number of devices where it uses a WLAN where the connection has a wireless access point
where it allows you to connect to your wireless devices which is fantastic because it can connect to the following devices such as: Laptop, PC, Tablets,
mobiles phones etc:
 Workstation
All in one HP PC for office use PC is used for gaming
A PC is where you use on a daily basis for home learning for revising or office work. You can use a desktop at School, College or University to do assignments for coursework and
homework given from your institution. The high spec pc is used for programs to run such as Microsoft windows Applications such as Netflix are for streaming services that are for
entertainment needs. Animation software such as adobe animate is for animation so you can animate characters, scenes, backgrounds etc. Editing Softwares such as photoshop is
where you can edit photos and videos excellently with perfection and you can come out with great results. For instance the resolution on the Alienware pc it has the capability of
running the resolution of 1920x1080p. The PC is used for primarily used for running programs, streaming services such as Netflix or Youtube, software such as Microsoft Word,
Excel, email, google applications all stored on the cloud e.g. Google Drive, office work for instance business finance, working in a bank accounting, browsing on the internet, video
games and for research. In this scenario the 3 high spec workstation are used for sales and stock control. Which is managing the stocks of sales and values for instance for Tesla
the electric car company where the data and information has been implemented into a software such as excel which is the same as Google sheets in the form as designing and
developing a spreadsheet. The workstation will be tracking the progression on softwares and the developing stages of the stock control of Tesla’s car company values and sales
mostly likely do a comparison which year was the successful of what car that was selling the most and the company will work on that and try to sell more of them cars e.g. Tesla
model X. The second high spec PC will be handling downloading music and education in regards of mp3 where the high spec PC will have the capabilities of downloading large
amounts of files of music which the PC can handle because the computer internal memory which is the RAM, SSD, HDD are all best off which downloading music because the
speed and the memory capacity is way beneficial and very excellent. The alternative that you can use are the following such as a flash drive, USB and external hard drive. Where
all the saved music can be accessed anywhere and that if you have the downloaded music saved in your folder within a PC for instance if you download the music online at home
and you want to download the music in School or in a institution in a appropriate time in the institution you can insert the usb or an external hard drive in the PC you can continuing
the downloading process to download more music on your mp3 player. The last high spec PC is used for setting up the computer with power, VGA, ethernet cable there are all of
the physical aspects in regards of setting up the computer in the office. In the scenario the three high spec PC’s where the high spec PC will be used for spreadsheet development,
running specialised software for sales and stock control and downloading music for large amount of data of copying and extracting files from the web for music. The PC is the main
functionality of file sharing, file access and permissions such as version control that you can grant to others of getting access to your work for collaborative working in a office work

based environment in IT or business.

 Workstation
A workstation can be the main factor in regards of connecting to ethernet as wired or wireless connection to gain
access to the internet. The wired connection can be ethernet/copper fiber wires connection where the wired
ethernet cables have been inserted in the ethernet port at the back of the PC for resulting in high internet speeds
(mbps) and bandwidth with a strong internet connection. On the other hand you can acquire a wireless
connection that is ultimately using a wireless router where the wireless access point has been used in the factor
to create a wireless connection where it allows you to connect to your wireless devices. Whereas a mobile
broadband has a wireless connection suggesting that It forms a network PAN, which stands for personal area
network where the signal comes from the cell towns that grants you the access to the internet and it is doing this
by radio waves that's how the waves are traveling. The workstation can connect to multimedia devices such as a
printer and scanner where it can connect to the PC through USB port also you need to make sure that the printer
needs to be connected to the same network to be able to be functional. I’m applying is that if the printer is
connected on the same network only then it will be able to print and have access to the internet because if the
printer is not on the same network then the printer will be confused and will not follow the command that you
have set. As part of IT administrator you can connect the server for the organisation, company, business through
ethernet cables to a switch. You may possibly need to feed the wires to each individual computer to connect all
the computers to the main server through wired connection which would allow you to have access to every
computer in the institution or company.
 Router
The router is highly effective and beneficial of trying of stabling a wired connection to wireless connection if you want a wireless
connection if you’re using a wired connection. The router is good in a equation of getting the best routes to the internet from the
internet then it goes to the ISP it is known as internet service provider to the server then it goes down the backbone then straight
directly to the router. In this scenario the router will find a stable connection by using a WLAN where it is know as wireless local
area network where the wired connection automatically changes from the wired connection to wireless connection where it
connects to the devices wireless and should give you direct access to the internet. Once the router has been applied in the
equation then the connection will connect to your Laptop and your Computer, which is excellent because the network has
became wireless for instance if you’re at home the wireless access point will allow you to connect to your PC, Laptop, Tablet etc:
your allowed to access the internet or you can browser the web. If you’re using a high spec PC for running specialized software
for stock control, downloading music on your mp3 with large files or if your just set up a high spec PC for the office. You can use
a wireless router to create a connection wirelessly where you can be anywhere in the office using portable devices such as
Tablets, Mobile Phones or Laptops. Where you can use e.g. stock control when you’re delivering a presentation in the office to
another company e.g. Tesla most likely the co founder will be there in the meeting which is known as Elon Musk where you will
be discussing business success and what needs improvements in the company. The router can be connected on the switch to
connect to the high spec PC where a router can come in handy where it can connect to multimedia devices such as scanners
and printers on the network to print out work associated to your relevant that you’re doing. In this scenario the work printed out
will be sales/stock control of progress in a physical visual form that is all for the printing the other ones are downloading music
and the other is setting up a PC so the only place where the router is major to connect to the printer is for the sales/stock control
where you need to show and deliver what your understanding of the profits and sales of the company.

A network interface card is a hardware component where it allows to connect to various significant and important
devices such as workstations and main servers that are specially for the IT administration that allows data and
information to be sent across the internet. This piece of hardware will definitely connect to a computer to a computer
network to allow data, information, files all to be sent and received all across the access of the Web. Which is a huge
advantage because it is similarly the exact same capabilities of a switch where it is connected to ethernet cables where
it’s job is to give you direct access to the internet. The network interface card is allocated behind the PC in the
expansion slot where the network interface card has its own RAM which stands for random access memory. The RAM
in the network interface card has its own memory that can store information and data temporarily rather than
permanent data and information being stored like a external hard drive. RAM in the network interface card is beneficial
and excellent in a way because data stored on the network interface card from the LAN or WAN will automatically get
stored on to the RAM to store that data. Any data or information being stored on the network interface card needs to be
using the expansion card on the same network to store that data so you can access that data. Personally I would save
the data from the RAM to an external hard drive because that data and information will get stored for long term
memory which can be accessed almost anywhere.
 Network access point
A network access point is used for connecting to your devices wirelessly through the use of a network access point. You
can use a switch that can can route the connection from ethernet to wireless. A network access point is a device that allows
a wireless local area network or WLAN in a small business or office. Where the access point from the internet connection
can create a connection wirelessly that allows you to connect to your wireless devices such as Laptop, PC, Mobile Phones,
Printers, Scanners etc: where data and information can be produced also you can have the access to the internet which is
excellent. The network access point is highly useful and beneficial in regards of connecting from ethernet wired connection
to wireless connection. For instance if I am using a network LAN, I have connected a switch in the equation through
ethernet cables to connect to my Laptop and my personal computer by putting the wireless router in the scenario as well
where I can access the web and input data and information in regards of using a wireless connection.
 HUB (switch)
The HUB also known as a switch is used in a wired network that has the capabilities able to connect to other devices using ethernet
cables that is connected directly on the switch. The switch helps communication by providing access to the internet also the switch
connects to multiple devices such as router, your personal PC and your Laptop. The switch is very unique and excellent because it's
like the CPU where it is the main source of significance and importance of interconnected wired connections to gain access to the
internet also it also data to flow very fluently and impeccably. The switch helps computer, laptops and other devices to communicate
by sharing data and receiving data and information. Having the abilities to grant files permission or receiving permissions from your
colleagues at the work-based environment where you can view other people’s work and analysis or identify the topic. Collaborative
working is very excellent because once you have granted file permissions to others you can grant read/write or view only where
other user’s can get other the ability to edit and read at the same time or you can grant permission to other where they can view the
document only. Version control can become an advantage because you have to send the latest version of your documentation that
is up to date where the data and information is brand new where other user’s can have permissions to view the documentation also
have the ability to edit in that documentation you have sent via across the internet. The switch can connect to your modem (ISP) at
home through ethernet and can create a LAN however if you use fiber optic cable to the switch you can get a stable and more
efficient connection that enables you to have a more better connection with high speed connections making the upload and
download speed 200mbps input/output using fiber copper wires. I would then connect the switch to a wireless router to get wireless
connection and that will enables WLAN and the network access point to connect to wireless devices. The switch is the main source
of connecting to the devices and providing access to the web also to form a network that adapts and improves communication so
much between devices via the internet.
Network Diagram/ wireless connection
The Internet/Cloud is where everything is being stored such as data and
information where the input of the information is being sent across the internet.
The Internet is where data and information are being held either on Google
applications on the Cloud. Where it has been stored on the ISP web servers or
potentially Web Servers on the Internet. Where the data and your documentation
are being saved securely and permanently for backup recovery. Where it is way
better than external storage by saving data on a hard drive, USB memory stick,
CD, or DVD. The internet gets validated through the firewall where the computer
will check if it’s secure to being accessed which helps malicious activity, trojans,
and hackers create backdoors to get access to your personal information being
stolen. This is called cyber security where you prevent hackers from potentially
stealing your data and personal information concerning your sensitive data. The
firewall will then go through the wireless router after validation through the router
to provide a stable and secure wireless connection to your wireless devices. The
router then transfers the signal wirelessly through a WAP which is the wireless
access point where it creates a large geographical area over a long distance to
allow to expand its distance of the length of how to distance the connection can
go. A large geographical area allows all your computers to help communicate with
other computers and devices via the internet very excellently by acquiring the
WAP to connect to. The server is connected wirelessly via a wireless access point
directly through WIFI also known as (an Internet service provider) because the
modem can connect to multiple devices and can be able to grant access to the
Internet. The Wireless Router can provide a network access point where you can
connect to your ISP together to connect to your wireless devices for the
functionality of communication via the internet which is very brilliant and excellent
because devices can have access to the Web also if you’re doing work or just
browning on the Internet.

The Router creates a wireless access point so that many devices and multimedia devices have the ability
to communicate with each other which are the following PC’s, Laptops, Mobile Phones, Games Consoles,
Printers, Microphones, Games Controllers, Headphones, Speakers, and Scanners etc: All of these
wireless devices are so amazing to connect because then you can access the web on various portable
devices such as Laptop, PC and handheld devices. Handheld devices are unique in their own way
because the user has the ability to walk around the house for e.g. in my personal view and perspective I
own a handheld games console such as a Nintendo switch where I can play games on the go which is
connected to the internet and it allows the wireless connection. Preliminary the printer can be connected
instantly, for instance, you can print out work also you can use a scanner where you can scan work so
that your work is being scanned effectively on the same network via the internet that enables the
functionality. Instead of the Switch forming the network in its equation such as a local area network by
using ethernet cables to form the network by interconnecting the cables to various hardware to create the
network. By either sharing information publicly or privately depending on what cables you are using e.g.
ethernet is sharing data across users whereas fibre optic cables are not sharing information to the public
which is more secure and private also it is very hard for potential hackers tapping into your network which
is fantastic. The router is potentially connecting to the wireless access point that turns a wired connection
into a wireless connection by transferring a signal from the router to the WAP to connect to devices
wirelessly through the WIFI which potentially covers around 50 metres in distance.

Which is a good amount of geographical area covered however, on the other hand, WIFI can be sent through
walls which can potentially be sending your internet to the neighbour e.g. your WIFI signal can be sent to the
neighbour‘s walls. The impacts of your internet connection being shared to the neighbour which is then being
shared to the neighbour’s house that is allocated next to you and it can make your internet connection such as
your upload and download speeds decrease. From an IT perspective as a network engineer, I strongly believe
that a network engineer would make sure the building they are installing the network on e.g. A Secondary School
they would make sure that they are installing the cables through reinforced walls of concrete because the WIFI
may possibly block WIFI signals. WIFI can be interrupted through some types of wood/glass that can be very
easy to transfer the WIFI signals from your router to the walls of your home to the neighbour’s WIFI wireless
router by transferring the WIFI signals over a large geographical area which expanded through walls into ISP’s.
All three PCs are directly obtaining the Internet connection from the wireless access point from the wireless
router that is potentially establishing a wireless connection by connecting the PCs together over the same
network. That allows effective communication to be great which is initially the main functionality that allows files,
data, folders, attachments, email links etc: through the use of software on the Internet to be shared on the
network. Communication over the Internet can be through the use of email personally I prefer Gmail because it
improves communication in real-time which is amazing and so beneficial. The multimedia device such as a
printer/scanner establishes a wireless connection from your router to form a wireless access point to form a
wireless connection to create a network that can be either a LAN or WAN and of course it depends on what
cables you’re using which can differentiate your method of connection and transferring data across the Internet.
 Alternative designs Wireless connection
The alternative design I would choose is that I
would connect the multimedia printer to the router
that form a wireless access point rather than the
printer directly connected to the switch. The reason
why I would do this is because I want to change a
wired connection either to ethernet or fibre optic
broadband cables into a wireless connection. I
would make sure that the printer is connected to the
router that will create a wireless access point
because the printer will give a wireless connection
from router through ethernet cables of a form of
connection by allows me to use the printer over the
network. The printer is connected on WIFI rather
than the switch where it is creating a LAN in a
environment such as a office or institution rather
than using the network associated with the switch
because this is my alternative network diagram
making all the devices connect wirelessly.
 Alternative designs Wireless connection
The ideas and perspectives in regards of changing and improving the way of how devices are connected.
Firstly, changing the method of connection from the switch to the printer through ethernet cables by changing
the connection from the router connected to the WAP then sends the WIFI connection to these devices, which
allow you to connect to the server, the three Computers and printer and potentially scanner if you wanted to on
the network. My alternative solution is minuseise the hardware used such as the Switch in forming the network
by providing a wired connection because my aims and goals is to make sure that my connection is a wireless
connection where the computers can communicate with each other over the internet as a form of
communication which is effective. I have taken out the switch out of the network diagram because making all
the hardware connected over a wireless connection is such as greater advantage. For example I am delivering
a presentation in a business meeting with my colleagues and presenting my document on a projector on the
wall, whilst a third party company is doing a conference call with me by viewing the presentation on the call and
the advantage of using a portable device such as a laptop by delivering a presentation is that the device is
portable over the Internet where I could move the device around. Whereas if I am delivering a presentation on a
Laptop that is connected on a projector that is projecting the laptop’s display and outputting the screen on the
wall also the device such as a Laptop can’t physically can move its position during the presentation because its
all wired connection and the advantage of using a wireless connection whilst delivering a presentation is that
you can show your collages your laptop in regards of what you’re discussing fluently. A wireless connection can
connect to the projector and another laptop can be for your interpretation and notes and you can show your
colleagues which is better in my perspective because the understanding is more clear and understandable
when delivering a presentation using a wireless connection.
 Alternative designs Wireless connection

The wireless access point allows you to connect to the devices such as Mobile Phones, Tablets, Computers, Games
consoles e.g. Nintendo Switch, Xbox and Playstation, home security/controlling lightning in the house by communicating
through the Internet but through a type of technology where software has been used like a personal assistant e.g. through
Alexa which is kind of smart technology. In this scenario, in the brief specification it states that one PC needs to download
mp3 music now this where the wireless connection to the internet comes from where the device such a Laptop can be
amazing because you can physically pick up the device and walk around with the device without worrying that the
connection is a wired connection where it minuses the advantage of using a laptop. Downloading online music on a
computer or laptop the advantage is that you can insert a external storage device such as USB, CD or hard drive where
you can directly download music online over the internet and you have the ability to store the potential music on these
storage devices over a wireless connection. In sales/stock control you can monitor or track the progression of the
company’s or business annual sales or up to date stock control on these portable devices such as a mobile phone or
laptop by using software to view sales/stock control anywhere you might be suggesting that you be in anywhere in the
office or building viewing this e.g. when you’re woking in the office, delivering a presentation in regards of stock control or
annual sale of a company or business very nicely because the ability that the WAP can acquire and provides is so brilliant
in relation of devices communicating with each other to improve communion, sharing files and data across the internet,
dolaoign music on the internet, portable devices have the functionality of holding the device and can move it around
whereas wired connection it losses that advantage, the ISP provides internet access and the WAP expands the area of
length so that your internet connection is not effected and it allows you to have more advantages of using a wireless
connection over a wired connection.
 Alternative designs Wireless connection
Lastly, for connecting the last PC for the set up I would connect the PC to the wireless router to gain access
to the internet and also to establish a wireless connection. When setting up the PC I would connect the PC
through WIFI in the settings on the PC so the connection becomes a method of connecting wirelessly to a
wireless network. The router gives a WAP which extends the geographical area for the user so the user can
produce good quality of productivity when producing work. The WAP can provide a good stable connection
to grant you access to the internet by allowing the user to be further away from the router while getting a
good consistent connection wirelessly. In my personal perspective, the wireless connection is the best
connection to use your wireless devices to use the internet or browse the internet. The upload and download
speeds can relate to how fast and efficient your internet is when providing a stable internet connection
however the upload and download speeds in certain areas of the building may possibly be affected due to
the distance for example If I am playing videos games on my games console I am in the attic which is my
room then the upload and download speed will depend on how further you are to the main source, in this
case, is the Internet service provider. In a local area network, you have access to a wireless connection to
connect to a device however in an IT perspective you can connect to your wireless earphones through
Bluetooth which creates a PAN (personal area network) whilst being connected to WiFi on your mobile
phone using music platforms such as Apple Music or Spotify.
 Software resources & it’s requirements- Google Applications & operating system
The software of Google applications are the following Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs
lastly Google Sites. These significant and important softwares of Google applications is associated as software for
cloud computing. The reason why it is called cloud computing is because all of that information and data is being
held and stored on the cloud that automatically saves your data so you don’t have to save your work every 30
minutes like the older software such as Microsoft Word. The software resources that I have chosen is useful and
beneficial in the way because cloud computing is a very unique and brilliant way to produce work for the institution or
work-based environment, assignments like course work, posters e.g. computing ergonomics, forums such as
surveys, making well presented presentations etc: The requirements for Google applications are simple and easy to
understand because you need a internet connection either wireless or wired connection either on a wireless router or
a switch to access the web to access Google applications via the internet. The operating system I would recommend
would be Windows 10 or Windows 11 because it’s the latest version of operating system will be up to date with the
newest applications, enhanced graphical improvements, amazing audio efficiency, more varieties of programs,
softwares, better browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, improved UI e.g. Windows 11. All of these
improvements within the newest operating system is the fact of that to be able to produce any type of work you will
need a brand new operating system, access to the internet through your network either modem or switch using LAN.
Lastly you have to make sure that your wired or wireless connection is useable, improved in internet speeds and
bandwidth, accessible on various devices such as Laptop, Personal Computer, you have the access to multimedia
devices such as Scanner and Printer.
Software resources & it’s requirements
I would highly recommend a antivirus software such McAfee because the anti virus software is so excellent and amazing in
the protection of your data and personal information being stolen or exploitation which can result in blackmailing by a hacker.
The scenario and occurrence is known as malicious activity where potential hackers can create back doors in getting into
your network if it a public network because the internet is shared to everyone it’s not a private network don’t forget it not using
fibre optic cables however it is probably using ethernet in your internet service provider. The antivirus software is well
protected with it’s security provided that prevents you from virus, hacker planting a virus or getting access through via internet

e.g. for the Google images, it has voice recognition, the applications such as Google softwares are very are so
brilliantly and very easy for navigation and for identification of allocating you to the correct direct of what you’re
looking for either by Google search for finding it yourself. I chose Google Chrome because I trust the browser and
I think it’s more reliable and easy compared to the other browser such as Internet Explorer. I can get better
research and much better expanded search by getting the correct results with better and more well presented
display within Google. The internet Explorer is not my type of software to use because its functionality for
searching and the UI is not good at all for instance the tabs in Google shows perfectly so I know exactly what
each page is in Internet Explorer is readable however if you have multiple tabs open would you be able to read
every one and can identify what each tab in when doing productive work when referring to reliable sources via the
internet.
Music Software
The music software on the high spec PC that you can potentially use on Spotify and Apple Music that can be used for
listing/download music that you prefer and that you enjoy. For instance if I want to download music such as music from
Drake I would download the music from the online software on the computer the file that will be downloaded. I would then
insert a mp3 player where into the computer internally where It would connect in the USB port allocated on the computer
which is the same USB port in the laptop. I could alternatively use a USB or a external hard drive where I would insert into
the Laptop/Computer for downloading music online in the Laptop by using online music softwares such as Spotify and
Apple Music to download particular songs that you want into files that you will moved into the hard drive/mp3 player or to
a USB. I have to make sure that the songs are saved in the correct location for instance in a saved folder so that I use for
a backup just in case if my mp3 player gets lost, songs are accidentally gets deleted or if the USB or hard drive gets
misplaced. If the songs are saved in the secure folder where you can find and access anytime in this case you can
redownload the songs on a storage device or on a new mp3 player once again. Worst case scenario is the music files
that are saved on the RAM which is temporary storage whereas the external storage device such as a hard drive data is
save data for the long term so the files can be recovered which is outstandingly. The music that I prefer is Spotify rather
that Apple Music because Spotify is much better interaction of find and locating music much quick and easy also you can
save music and you can create a playlist to save all your favourite music all in one place. For instance if you want one
user such as yourself you have to pay a monthly subscription of £10.00. Whereas for Apple Music an a individual monthly
subscription is the same value of money that is a fair amount of money if you enjoy and like music to listen to on your

has a wireless access point where it grants you access to the internet and law you to connect to various devices. The
hub switch can connect to the main server e.g. in the IT administration office the switch is the main source of that
creates and forms a network also it connect to the following Servers, multimedia device such as Printers lastly it
grants access to clients so that it is a advantage. If you want a hub switch connect a wireless router to send out data
and information to the Internet you have to go through a firewall this is the prevention of hackers creating back doors
and getting access to your network to steal your personal details and information. Once the firewall have checked for
validation and makes sure that it is good to go through to get to the final destination such as the internet to get data
and information on the internet. Make sure that you connect the monitor through VGA to the monitor directly at the

have discussed the software/programs needed for the office in a IT perspective and I have referred the scenario in relation
of a IT administration of the fact they use specialised software and Google applications are the greater advantage because
storing data and information on the cloud you can’t go wrong with saving data on the cloud of the fact that the
documentations such as Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive are all stored on Google software
where the documentations automatically saves which is phenomenal. Saving and storing data on the Cloud is so beneficial
and helpful if you’re working on a document you can work on that almost anywhere you just need to have a portable device
such as a Mobile Phone, Tablets or Laptop where you can do your work on and lastly you need to have a internet
connection that is stable where the connection doesn’t interfere with your work and cause latency in any way shape of
form. The user requirements of the hardware in my opinion, the hardware of the high spec PC is amazing for instance for
the costing of the high spec PC I research high spec PC’s and I came with the best results it came up with a intel core I9
processor which is the CPU a I9 processor is the latest and up to date intel core processor which speeds up the
functionality and the useability of the CPU to make your experience of a user very efficient and remarkable. I have
discussed the operating systems such as Windows 10 and WIndows 11 in regards of the three high spec PC’s needs and
requirements of fulfilling its purpose and by having a up to date system that helps improve efficiency, productivity, easy
navigation, better layout and design aspects, better search engines, improved expanded searches etc:

may possibly run spelaised software for the office, the second PC have been optimised for its

optimised to fulfil its purpose which is sales/stock control. The hardware I have listed in the

My alternative designs that I have discussed previously is that I would connect the multimedia device such as a printer
wirelessly through a network access point rather than the use of the switch coming in its equation because what about if
the switch fails the whole network fails because it’s the main source of forming the network in relation of granting access to
the internet and doing productive work. Therefore connecting the wireless router to the modem also known as ISP where
you’re getting internet connection through WIFI rather than the switch which allows you to print documentations through
WIFI which does it phenomenally. The reason why I didn’t want to connect the Printer to the switch is because imagine if
you’re the people in the office are on the network which is being provided by the modem but connected to the switch is
having internet traffic. Then alternatively you’re connection when printing out will react very slow due to the amount of
internet traffic of the amount of users on the same network potentially affecting the download and upload speeds of the
network so that means you’re not getting as much as upload and download speed. I would connect the switch to the
modem with ethernet the modem to the wireless router has a network card where the wireless router can connect to the
WIFI that has a wireless access point where it allows you to connect to your wireless devices which allow your printer to
produce more efficient and to become more functional. I understand that WIFI cover 50m of geographical whereas fiber
optic cables cover around 100m in distance which covers a large geographical area that is only the draw back of it is
however the bright side of things that the wireless connection can be an advantage because you can connect devices to
the network can walk around the office or even in your house where the devices are portable whereas wired connection
you can’t physically move your devices around the house. I personally use wireless connection over wired connection
because when I use my Xbox One I use a wireless router that gives me a better internet stable connection but doesn’t
provide upload and download speed like the fibre optic cables. The wireless router is so effective and excellent in regards
of getting a good internet connection for instance I play my console in the so my wireless connection gives me less latency
and the performance is smooth gameplay and the gameplay runs at its full capabilities.
