The sub headings above the title of this magazine, bring attention to the contents aside from the main focus
of the NHS crisis, The mention of the jack Monroe effect, (named after food campaigner working towards
changes in pricing structures in supermarkets) can be regarded as a form as realism as by using her name
to address a situation that many struggling people are involved in, it draws attention to what the reader is
seeing is not a story or point of view but a real situation being managed by a real person that is a help to
many that are dealing with issues surrounding high pricing of food and living necessities.
Another element of representation would be impacts
of industry contents on choices producers can make.
As the big issues contexts are usually surrounded by
economic issues that remind the reader that the money
they have given to receive the magazine will be
helping the vendors and further economic crisis's, in
this case homelessness. By using the sub heading :

Issues highlighted in this edition
Gender stereotypes are shown within the front cover as the nurses are not a
combination of genders, they are only male. However there is a positive
representation of cultures and people that are not only white, this is because the
doctors are not stereotypically of white culture. Women are also being represented
positively by showing a NHS doctor also being included in holding the NHS
together, breaking down more gender stereotypes

Further representations of male gender is represented in this article as usually

females would be shown in a nurses position, breaking down the overall stereotype.
However the choices made about representation in this article only include positive
stereotypes and uses people of colour also in a positive way. ( Good representations
of general minorities in society)

Despite this in comparison to most other issues of this magazine other types of
people and problems are not being represented in this edition such as those with
disabilities (non visual) or those belonging to other communities.
