we can say that the business strategy is the set of actions that are
designed to achieve a competitive advantage in the medium and long
term. and it is evident that one of the edges that we must analyze is
the environment. namely, it is essential to analyze the company's
environment, because it demands adaptation.
in many cases, the environment is a complex subject to study. for this
reason and to facilitate its analysis, the general recommendation is to
address it by dividing it into 2 types: the general environment and
the specific environment.

the general environment of the company (also called the macro environment)
refers to the factors that affect msmes in a certain region or geographical area.

the specific environment(also called microenvironment), involves the factors
that influence msmes that belong to the same secto.
 the internal and external factors of a company are those agents that are inside and
outside an organization that can generate a positive or negative impact on it a
business concept that looks perfect on paper may be imperfect in the real world.
