found naturally is called its habitat.

FOREST HABITAT
Forest is a vast region that is covered densely
by trees and different varieties of plants .
Forest habitat provides shelter and food to
animals like lion, tiger, deer, fox, snake,
monkey hare, rat and other animals that lives
in forest .

DESERT HABITAT
A desert is a sandy a dry region as it receives very
little rainfall.
It is usually hot during the day and cold at night.
Due to this reason, the animals found here have
speacial features that help them to live in such har
conditions.
Example of desert animals are camel, scorpion,
bandicoot, hedgehog and desert tortoise.

POLAR REGION HABITAT
The regions near the North and South poles on
the earth are called polar regions. The north pole
is named as Arctic and the south pole known as
Antarctica.
They always covered with ice and snow. Similarly,
the high atiitude mauntains are also covered with
snow all around the year
The animals that could be found in this habitat
are Penguins, Polar Bears, Seal, Walrus, Artic
Hare and Arctic Fox

OCEAN HABITAT
An ocean is a vast continuous body of saline
(salty) water. It is the largest habitat on the
earth.
The animals that could be found in the ocean
are Whale, Dolphin, Seal, Seahorse, Octupos
and other ocean animals .

HABITAT
Fresh water is naturally occuring water on the
erath’s surface. It contains minimal quantities of
dissolved salts.
Some examples of fresh water habitat are ponds,
lakes, rivers and streams.
This kind of habitat gives shelter to numerous
aninals like fish, frog, salamander, toad, duck, swan,
crane, insects.
