Benefits Sharing – Rebate Proposal

Rebate proposal across 2020-2022, considering the overall Weld Spout business, including:
1. Light Weld Spout to BYD & BUX
2. Classic Weld Spout to Pozzilli/ Casale

- If annual delivered volume reaches 45mill pcs, Menshen will rebate 1.5% of total WS sales turnover to Unilever.
- If annual delivered volume reaches 53mill pcs, Menshen will rebate 2.25% of total WS sales turnover to Unilever.
- If annual delivered volume reaches 60mill pcs, Menshen will rebate 3% of total WS sales turnover to Unilever.
