your number in the attendance form.

While waiting for your turn, review the performance checklist on your cubicle

You will be allowed to eat in your assigned cubicle.

Once done with your demonstration proceed to Room 403 to change your scrub
suit, ready for exit.

Recheck your temperature, fill in the exit form with the exact time.
