What is education?
• Education is the process of facilitating the learning or acquisition of
knowledge, skills, values, beliefs and habits of a group of people who
transfer them to other people, through storytelling, discussion,
teaching, example , training or research.
What is the importance of education?
• Education is one of the factors that most influences the advancement
and progress of people and societies. In addition to providing
knowledge, education enriches culture, spirit, values and everything
that characterizes us as human beings. Education is necessary in every
way.
Causes of problems in education
1. Not having a classroom: This seems pretty obvious. If there is no
classroom, there are not many opportunities to get a decent
education. But, as we have said, that is the reality of millions of
children around the world. Children in many sub-Saharan African
countries are often taught in classrooms that are overcrowded or in
poor condition.
2. Educacional Quality:
Another problem that exists in educational quality is the lack of
preparation of teachers. Despite the fact that there are evaluative tests of
teaching performance, there is still a certain lack in terms of updating
and academic training.
3.Lack of resources and investment in infrastructure for education
• Public schools, especially in rural communities, have very few
economic resources for their maintenance and optimization, leaving
aside:
• Basic needs, such as functional toilets and electricity in the
classrooms.
• Educational needs such as access to computer equipment and
elementary facilities for the inclusion of students with disabilities.
possible solutions to problems in education:
• Not having a classroom: A financial planning by public servants that
includes not only salaries and supplies, but also the basic
infrastructure needs to be able to guarantee comfortable facilities and a
much more comprehensive education.
2. Educacional Quality:
• Provide teachers with continuous updating options and training
opportunities, from complementary courses to postgraduate courses
relevant to their teaching areas and pedagogical techniques.
3.Lack of resources and investment in infrastructure for
education
• improve comfort conditions for students and teachers, with adequate
temperature, ventilation and adequate lighting, with water, electricity
and Internet service, as well as restrooms and their respective sewage
drains.
