WARNING
Tire and rim assembly is
1860kg , be sure lifting equipment is
of sufficient capacity.

WARNING
Before loosening rim clamps or
performing any service on the tire or
rim components, completely deflate
tire.
WARNING
Never weld or otherwise apply heat
on rim components with the tire
mounted on the rim, to prevent injury
or damage from the potential tire
Tire fragments of tire explosion explosion !

WARNING
Never stand or sit in front of a
mounted tire during tire inflation. Use
a clip-on air chuck with a long hose
and stand to one side while the tire is
being inflated.
WARNING
To prevent personal injury and
property damage, the tire and rim
assembly should be placed in a
safety cage before inflating. If no
safety cage is available or tire is on
the truck, the tire and rim assembly
should be wrapped with safety
Tire Inflation Safety Cage chains or with cables before inflating.
Caution:
1.The torque of nuts are 1000N.m~1300N.m.
2. Gradually tighten wheel nuts opposite each
other, until all nuts are snug.
3. After first 10 hours of operation re-torque
nuts, Check torque every 50 hours thereafter.
4. Both over-inflation and under-inflation are
detrimental to tire life, maintaining correct
inflation.
5. The pressure build up during traveling is
normal. Do not adjust the tire inflation pressure
immediately after traveling at high speed or
carrying out operations under heavy load.

When change oil in hoist
tank , after completely
draining the oil in
tank , rotate the hub so
that the plug is at the
bottom, then remove the
plug and drain the oil from
the hub.
Bearing Adjustment

evenly in equal increments to 135N·m; while rotating
and bumping the wheel assembly.
(2) Remove bolts and tap hub assembly to free bearings.

(3) Install plate, and install two bolts inA1 、 A2(or
B1 、 B2), Tighten bolts evenly in equal increments to
135N·m.
(4) Use a depth micrometer in both gauging holes to
measure distance from outer face of plate to end of
spindle, the distance is X1 、 X2; X= ( X1+X2 ) /2.
(5) Remove the plate ,measure thickness of plate with a
micrometer: the thickness is Y.
(6) D1=X-Y ; D2=D1++0.025+0.203 ±0.025.
(7) Install the required shim pack ( D2 ) , plate and
bolts on the end of spindle. Tighten bolts evenly in
equal increments to 393N·m 。

Part4 Maintenance
1.Check tire and wheel daily :
① Check tire pressure, tire pressure is 0.575Mpa ( It is recommended that for tires both
listed and unlisted the user consult the tire manufacturer )。
② All tires should be checked regularly for cuts, bruises, excessive or uneven wear,
embedded foreign matter, and any other damage which can be repaired.
③ Check for loose wheel nuts, check the rims for deformation, corrosion and cracks, check
the studs and clamps for broken and lost.
2. Prevent overloading :
Excessive loading will shorten the life of the machine and tires .
3. The bearings must be inspected and the gap must be readjusted according to the
requirements after first 2000 hours of operation and every 4000 hours thereafter.
