 ROPS/FOPS meet the requirements of ISO 3471 .


 Interior dimensions are designed according to ISO 3411.
 The skeleton of cab is steady and the structure is strength.

operating area, dispose the steering wheel, accelerator pedal, brake pedal and rest
pedal in the comfortable area.
 Research ergonomics by the driver model make sure the disposal reasonable.

Suspension seat

 Operator seat :
1.Use mechanic suspension, it is reliable and
comfortable.
2.It has following functions:
Forward and backward adjustment, backrest
adjustment, height adjustment, rigidity
adjustment and handrail adjustment.
 Occupant seat : / Passenger seat
1. No mechanic suspension, forward and
backward adjustment, backrest adjustment.
2. The seat is fixed on the board by bolts.
3. Seat support can be used as toolbox, it is
convenient to install.

3.1 Component of A/C

3.2 Operating Principle

 Heater/Air conditioner

Evaporator can achieve heat


exchange. Compressor draws
vaporizing R-134a from the
evaporator, and compresses the
vapour to a high pressure.
Condenser is to radiate high
pressure vaporizing R-134a from
vapour to liquid. Expansion is
installed in the system to low the
pressure before the R-134a enters
the evaporator. Receiver drier can
stop solid contaminates circulating
round the system and absorb the
moisture.
3.3 Display Screen
 Air condition uses liquid display controller and has defrosting mode , blower
mode, refrigeration mode, heat mode; it is easy to operate and can meet
any demand.

3.4 Controller Operating Explanation
 Temperature control
1. Temperature can be set between 15℃ and 32℃.
2. When the temperature is higher(3℃) than inner area, the motor switch
to heat air channel.
3. When the temperature is lower(3℃) than inner area, the motor switch
to cold air channel.
4. When the temperature is on “L0” , it always heat.
5. When the temperature is on “HI” , it always refrigerate.
 Air flow control
Turn on the air condition, air flow is on “0”, press the speed key-press ,
change air flow up and down.
 Mode control
1. When the power is on, press the heat key-press or refrigeration key-
press, you can choose the mode between them.
2. Press defrosting key-press, it is on defrosting statues, press wind
speed key-press can adjust wind speed (low 、 middle and high).
3.5 Controller Faults Analysis
 When faults happen, there is warning sound come from buzzer and corresponding
code will display on the screen. The sign and analysis in following:

Part4 Inspection and Maintenance
4.1 Pressure switch is broken, no refrigeration

Fault cause  Pressure is not normal, compressor stop


work and no refrigeration.

 Air-conditioner pipeline or pipe connector leaks.

Maintain  Check pipeline and pipe connector, find out Compressor harness

4.2 No refrigeration at heavy-load creep

Fault cause If R-134a is excessive or there is air in the


system, When the engine at high speed,
pressure is very high and the protective
switch is turnoff, compressor stop work.

Maintain  Touch the low pressure pipeline, find out

 Judge there is air in the system,
vacuumize the system and fill the coolant
again.

4.3 No refrigeration and pressure is not normal

Fault cause  Pressure is not normal, but it is not beyond


the protective pressure, so coolant can not
work well.

Maintain  Touch the low pressure pipeline, three is

4.4 Wind speed can’t adjust

4.6 Refrigerant charge process
4.6.1 Vacuumize
 1. Connect both service hoses from the
two fittings (red& blue) in the bottom of the
manifold to the two service ports on the
compressor. High side (red D) to
compressor discharge valve, low side
(blue S) to compressor suction valve.
Switch vacuum pump on, open vacuum
pressure valve (blue).
 2. Open the high side (HI) and low side
(LO) hand valve on pressure gauge;
connect both service hoses from the two
fittings, start vacuumize task (about15
minutes); when the level of pressure
gauge is 750mmHg or above, shut the
vacuum pump and close the high side (HI)
and low side (LO).
4.6.2 Leakage check

 Close the high side and low side

least 5 minutes, make sure the
number of pressure gauge is not
change. If the number is close to
zero, there is a leakage, then
check all fittings and tighten until
the system is not leak.
4.6.3 Filling from the high pressure side

 1. Remove the filling hose (green) of the


manifold pressure gauge from the vacuum
pump, connect the filling hose to the coolant
tank.
 2. Open the valve of the coolant tank. With
the coolant pressure, the release valve at the
side of the manifold pressure gauge
evacuates the air from the original gas filling
pipe.
 3. In case that the engine stops operation,
open the high pressure valve of the manifold
pressure gauge and the valve of the coolant
tank to fill the coolant.
4.6.4 Fill the coolant from the low pressure side

 1. Ensure firstly the high pressure valve of


the manifold pressure gauge is closed; start
the engine and open all doors of the truck;
close the switch on the air conditioning
panel, put temperature control at the position
‘Coldest’; set the engine rotation speed at
1300- 1500rpm.
 2. When filling the coolant, open the low
pressure valve of the manifold pressure
gauge and the valve of the coolant tank,
observe the visual window of the fluid
accumulator till no bubble can be seen .
 3. When coolant injection is done, be sure
the low pressure valve of pipe pressure
gauge and low pressure vale is close; check
the system and be sure no leakage.
4.7 Daily maintenance of A/C system

 Check and clean condenser to promise the system is not polluted, must use cool
water, hot water and steam is forbidden.
 Check the measure of coolant, observe at the observation port of liquid accumulator,
observe the visual window, there is no bubble in normal and little when engine start.
 Check the belt, be sure it is tighten.
 Check the hose, be sure the connections is normal.
 Check the electric system, be sure it is normal.
