# 1 Who are your website visitors?

Explaination:
• Our website visitors are mostly from United States and the main cities in that Country that
visited us is California, New York and Washington. Also the second and third Country that visited
our website is India and Canada.
• Our best bet to invest to our advertising budget is the Indian Market. That country has more
potential because it is the country that focuses on engineering and software industry which can
also boost out website features.
• New York can also be a good investment because it has a lot of diverse people in that
city for our apps and product.
# 2 Which devices are they using?

Explaination:
• Most of our website visitors uses desktop in accessing our website which has 395,823 new users within
January 1, 2021 to December 8, 2021. These visitors are accessing it in their homes and office.

• Second most used device is Mobile because nowadays, people access our website during their travel,
work and school. Most Users are using Apple Iphone when accessing our website.

• Best investment is developing apps that are compatible to Apple Iphones and Windows 10 desktop.
# 3 How do visitors find you online?

Explaination:
• Most of our visitors access our website through a direct search without any
advertisement because they are already aware to our google merchandise store. It
entails 562,141 users that acquired to our page. Mostly are in the Home page navigation.

• Referral which means referred by links and advertisement to people throughout social
media is placed on top 7 so it needs more strategized improvements and click baits are
not really essential.
# 4 Which keywords they used to find you?

Explaination:
• The most searched in our website is the dinosaur game. This was popular game because
when the users got disconnected to their internet and data, this game will appear at their
page while waiting for reconnection.

• Lets invest more in creating an app for dinosaur game and also make different merch in
relation to that branding in google merchandise store.

• Youtube is also in the queries so we must make live session in google merchandise store
that partnered with this company
# 5 How do your ad campaigns perform?

Explaination:
• The campaign that always been used to our Google Merchandise Store are Hoodies, T-shirts and
Tumbler which are decorative and wearable stuff which is also in demand in Holiday . This data has
also included the Ber months.
• The campaigns were also been used by promos and youtube.
• The most increasing growth is in January to February and then November to December.
But on March to October it did not perform well.

reading just one page?

Explaination:
• Most of our visitors navigates in the Home page which has 638,664 page views and 15.71% ,
the bounce rate is 48.62% in Google platform 20K visitors drop off after leaving the landing
page.
• Also the growth of page view is very steady except for the month of December that reach
40,000 page views.

• Most of the customers are men because the page that it was always look into is apparels for
men. So we should improve other diverse apparels like women stuff.
# 7 On which pages do they arrive first?

Explaination:
• The visitors always arrive at the home page as usual in every website. But most of
the landing page to our website is men’s apparel. So our website’s apparel were
more into fathers, men and boys stuff.
• In order to improve other apparels, we should redesign our home page that boost
the other diverse apparels and not only to men but women and LGBTQ+.
# 8 BEHAVIOR FLOW

Explaination:
• As you can see on the Behavior flow, the visitors always navigate to the youtube and
men’s apparel. Youtube has 13k on the first interaction, 103 in second interaction and
lastly 7.1k in the third interaction.

• Google is the most interactive in first, second and third interactive of the visitors.
20K visitors drop off after leaving the landing page. If we want to change the
algorithm we can make the visitors influence by showing the best items the landing
page in order for them to change their interaction towards the website.
# 9 How many visitors are converting to
inquiries?

Explaination:
• The goal conversion rate is 21.23% which was also surpassed by yourinfo that is 23.46%
and 41,745 visitors have been converted regarding that goal completion location. The
total goal completion is 177,914.
• As we can see on the goal completion growth, It has been increased slowly at July to
December.
# 10 Which conversion path are they
taking on your website?

Explaination:
• The path that the visitors did to our website is from the cart to purchase completed.
92.53% between the Review section and Purchase Completed is the positive response of
the checking out process.
• More improvement in the Cart Section because it only 40.50% which means some of the
items are not been continued on the process. So more promo discount and bundle can
sustain and increase that percentage.
