In 2020, the Philippines becomes one of the most
affected countries of the pandemic. Government
agencies and private sectors suffers due to the
downfall of the economy. Systems are also
affected such as transactions, transportation,
jobs, and setup for communication.

The setup for the new education system gives a
hard time for the teachers especially for those
who are not familiar with high profile technology.
The government already address some of the
issue like the student and teacher Realtime
communication.
 INTRODUCTION AND RATIONALE
Public schools also conduct some of their events via work
from home with the use of different Communication
Platforms. There are loophole and difficulties in huge
online event in the school premises. The angle of video
becomes poor when it is broadcast via Facebook live. The
quality of audio becomes terrible when the hosts are
talking. Strong echo, interference and other unnecessary
outdoor sounds can be heard by the viewers.
 OBJECTIVES
• To Setup a DIY Multipurpose School Studio
• To Create a better-quality video and audio for school
events.
• To Setup a convenient, automatic and interactive
studio background.
• To eliminate unnecessary sounds during the live
streaming of events.
• To bring the school broadcasting system to the next
level.
 PURPOSE
The main motive of this project is to make the
broadcasting system of the school technologically semi-
advance.
The project will improve different perspective for their
live streaming in terms of video and audio. This will also
help the teacher to improve their skills on how to operate
this kind of new technology. It will become useful for the
student once the face to face is allowed.
 DESCRIPTION
The project will accommodate a large number of
people that will use the said facility.
Teacher can use the green screen to select the best
background for their event. The room is sound proof
therefore no outdoor sounds will interfere.
The project will give convenience for the student
that will conduct a recorded or live play drama once
face to face classes is already allowed.
 SUPPORT
The estimated budget needed for this project is
ranging from 3000 to 5000 pesos for the studio setup
only.
The price for the equipment for in house video and
sound systems will be based on their brand and
quality.
