10 alcoholic coffe
 Irish coffee :- Irish coffee is a
caffeinated alcoholic drink consisting
of Irish whiskey, hot coffee, and
sugar, stirred, and topped with
cream. The coffee is drunk through
the cream
Ingredients: 1 1/3 oz (2 parts) Irish
whiskey, 1 oz (1½ parts) Fresh cream, 1
tsp. Brown sugar, 2 2/3 oz (4 parts) Hot
coffe
 Preparation: Heat the coffee,

whiskey and sugar; do not boil. Pour


into glass and top with cream; serve
hot.
highland coffee :-
 Ingredients :-
30ml malt whisky
5ml soft, light brown sugar
50ml double cream, lightly
whipped
RESIPY :-
Stir together 1 tablespoon of sugar
and 1 oz whisky in the bottom of
each of 4 glass coffee cups. Pour ¾
cup coffee into each cup and stir well.
Slowly pour 2 tablespoons of cream
down over the back of a spoon into
each cup, so that the cream floats on
top of the coffee. (Watch what I'm
talking about here.
