Scope:
The guidelines shall cover the roles and
responsibilities of stakeholders across governance
levels to ensure
EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT & SAFE IMPLEMENTATION.
General Guidelines:
A. Limited Face-to-Face Classes Not Mandatory
B. Implementation of Flexible Learning
C. DOH Minimum Public Health Standards

Specific Guidelines:
1. Conduct a Self-Assessment checklist on the
Readiness to Reopen Campuses
• Assess the readiness

• INSTITUTIONAL SURVEILLANCE OFFICER

confirmed case in the facility

• Coordinate with local epidemiology and surveillance unit
