companies of the same sector in this same territory, one of similar characteristics So that later
Our Company adopts its strategies, objectives, organization, etc.
Essay
IKEA is a Dutch multinational corporation of Swedish origin dedicated to the retail sale of
furniture and objects for the home and decoration, at low prices and in contemporary design.

From its beginnings, IKEA has been characterized by having an organizational culture and a
management style very different from other companies, the true spirit of IKEA is based on our
enthusiasm, our constant willingness to renew, our concern for prices, our willingness to assume
responsibilities and help, our humility at work and simplicity in our behavior.

It is a company where the simplicity in the behavior of the employees establishes a pleasant and
pleasant work environment for each and everyone, a company that tries to simplify all activities
and make things as less complicated as possible.
IKEA stores share responsibility. IKEA stores receive more than 300 million visitors per year,
and this is where the majority of IKEA employees work. Clients and collaborators come, to a
large extent, by private car, although IKEA strives to use public transport more and more to
protect the environment.

• Every new IKEA employee receives environmental training, and the aim is for this training to
be delivered on an ongoing basis.

• All IKEA stores must have an environmental coordinator and an action plan that ensures that
they work with recovery, waste sorting, energy saving, transport and training.
Conclusion
IKEA wants consumers to have the same shopping experience in any store in the
world, plus IKEA wants its customers to be satisfied with their purchases, so much
so, that when they bring some furniture to a customer's home, one of the employees
verifies that the product meets the expectations that the customer wants. And this
speaks very well of IKEA, since not all companies selling furniture or any other
product cares about their customers.
