inflated to about 65 cm (25.6 inches)
in circumference. A ball must pass
over the net entirely between the
antennae. A service area,
traditionally 3 metres (10 feet) long,
is marked outside and behind the
right one-third of each court end
line.

A pepper in volleyball is a passing


and hitting drill done without a net.
•A player will jump an average of
300 times per game.
•The longest volleyball game on
record lasted a total of 75 hours
and 30 minutes.
•A regulation volleyball court is 29
feet, six inches wide by 59 feet.

• WHAT ARE THE PRAPERATION


#Mental preparation for a volleyball match involves studying the
opponents, predicting the game, learning how to stay focused
during the game, achieving relaxation and more. Athletes should
also visualize before volleyball matches. Mental imagery is
something that helps volleyball players prepare for a match
mentally

Be Considerate of Other

1.) LISTEN WELL: Be coachable, take constructive criticism from teammates.
2.) BE ACCOUNTABLE: Admit mistakes and improve, take responsibility, never throw teammates under
the bus.

the season.
4)   COMPLIMENT TEAMMATES: Makes a big deal out of the good play of teammates/make a small
deal out of their mistakes
