which people interact with one another in small groups.

dynamism stems from.

 This can also be a system of behaviors and psychological processes that occurs within
a group (intragroup dynamics) or between social groups (intergroup dynamics).

 It determines how the group functions and how effective it is and is a general term for
group processes.

 The term “group process” refers to the understanding of the behavior of people in
groups that tries to solve a problem or make a decision. A firm that supports this is

What’s its importance?
 A group influences the way each member thinks as they constantly get influenced when interacting
with others members in the group. A good leader performs better in a group than a weak leader.

 Groups gives off the effect of synergy, that is, if there are active members in a group then the output
produced from its interactions are doubled effectively.

 It gives job satisfaction to its members as their contributions gets recognized and forms a percentage
of the resulting outputs.

 It infuses team spirit and better coordination.

 The attitudes, insights and ideas of the members depend on group dynamics. Negativity perspectives
can get channelled into positive ones by the leader.

 Cooperation and convergence of thoughts can result in maximisation of productivity.

 This also helps reduce labour unrest and labour turnover due to emotional attachments between its
members.
