DEFINITIONS
A telephonic conversation is a type of oral communication which is done by two-person, in
which these two-person share their thought and views to each other.
Communication is the process of exchanging ideas and messages both verbally or
nonverbally
In other words, communication that is taking place between two people with the help of
the telephone is a telephonic conversation

Easy and quick to use


Less expensive
Distance is not a matter
Tracking system
Disadvantages of telephone communication

Absence of face to face conversation


Voice is not clear some time
Unable to find miss call
Unable to recode the data
