• Its natural objective is to provide a process to
fill in the gap between the needs and what are
needed towards the satisfaction of human
needs for the integration of man's human
existence or the total development of a man.
• Quality of life and Quality of Society
• Business as part of the Society

Industry
Function
It is an immediate objective of a Business
to provide a venue for business industries
to operate. Business as an industry is a
natural extension of business as a social
process. It shares the common objective
of providing a quality of life and society.

Corporate
Activity

1. IN ITS ROLE AS A COMPANY- to provide the


Company Core Service as its immediate objective

2. IN ITS ROLE AS A BUSINESSMAN - to


provide his personal service as his immediate
objective by utilizing the company's core service to
create or generate customer satisfaction which is
his intermediate end, in order to earn profit which
is his ultimate end

skin, race, socio-economic status
and many more.
• Man is a social being that must live
in society with others to actualize
potentials.
• Man is also a political animal that
would naturally seek self-
preservation and project his
interest at all cost.

society is not a matter of choice but a
necessity.

man's existence

• Man should work to earn his bread

• Exchange is a process of obtaining
something of value by offering
something in return.
• This relationship of mutual
dependence and mutual
cooperation gives rise to the process of
exchange. 
• The process is a natural order in society
as a natural social need. People who
depend on one another naturally
cooperate among themselves .

The process of filling in the
gap is the ROLE of the
Business. A natural and
fundamental social process
created by the very nature of
MAN and the SOCIETY.
