 FUTURE PROGRESSIVE
I. Positive
Form: Subject + will/ shall/ + be + Ving
Ex Sam will be reading these books at 2
o’clock tomorrow.
Ex. I shall be working tomorrow morning.
Ex. He will be traveling 5 o’clock tomorrow.
Ex. Tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock I will
be meeting with the prime minister.
Ex. Next week at 12 o’clock, she will be
enjoying her studying in Phnom Penh.
II. Interrogative
Form:
Will/ Shall + subject + be + Ving?
Ex Will Sam be reading these books at 2
o’clock tomorrow?
Ex. Shall I be working tomorrow morning?
Ex. Will he be traveling 5 o’clock tomorrow?
Ex. Tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock, will you
be meeting with the prime minister?
Ex. Next week at 12 o’clock, will she be
enjoying her studying in Phnom Penh?

III. Negative
Form:
Subject + will/ shall + not + be + Ving

IV. Usages of future progressive
4.1 We use it for the action that will be
continuing at some certain future time
Ex. Tomorrow at 9 PM my friend will be painting
the kitchen.
Ex. This time on Sunday, what will you be doing
in Phnom Penh?
4.2 The Future progressive used to express
future without intention
Ex. I will be helping Mary tomorrow. (No plan)
Ex. I am seeing Tom tomorrow. (Have plan)
Ex. I will be seeing Tom tomorrow. (No plan)
