1) Superintendent's Log Sheet to be completed for
all vessels.
2) LO Saving.
3) M/E & A/E running hrs monthly update from the
vessels and check if the Maintenance Intervals
are as per makers’ manual or not.
4) Docking Specs, to use new specs form for
vessels which are going for docking after 2-3
months from now.
5) LO shore analysis for all vessels: Reports sent to
vessel & follow up confirmation from all C/Es.
6) VIR: 2 times in 1 year. At least once a sailing
visit.

implementation of Cylinder Oil & System Oil Saving
Campaign

AA) 2 Strokes Vsls (For reduction of Cyl & System Oil):


1)Fleet A: ORIENTAL JADE is changed to ORIENTAL RUBY
due to long voyage (SS in-charge: Bambang),
2)Fleet B: ARMADA PURNAMA (SS in-charge: Hatiayan),
3)Fleet E: LUZON (SS in-charge: Eddy),
4)Fleet G: ARMADA PERMATA (SS in-charge: Sumarno)

BB) 4 Stroke Vessels (For reduction of System Oil):


Fleet C: ARMADA SENTANI (SS in-charge: Yasir)
Fleet D: KANON BARU (SS in-charge: Ferry)
Fleet H: PULAU LAYANG (SS in-charge: Hary)
Fleet K: BALI GIANYAR (SS in-charge: Joko/Didik)
