 Staffing is the process by which an organisation


creates a pool of applicants and makes a choice
from that pool to provide the right person at the
right place at the right time to increase the
organisational effectiveness.

 Also, Staffing is the process of acquiring,


deploying, and retaining a workforce of sufficient
quantity and quality to create positive impacts on
the organization's effectiveness
