• Bottom center does not breach hose (right photo-surface)

• Top right corner breaches hose through to tube (right photo-surface)
• Has cylindrical apex at “pierce point” and striations down and away from what
appears to be an entry point (left photo-tube).
• Looks as if the hose was pieced via a syringe.
 Leak 2
• Outside of hose has appearance of indent, rather than a blow out or
crack associated with an outward burst (left photo-surface).
• Crack on tube opens inward towards ID also appearing to be caused
by a breach from the outside of the hose inward (right photo-tube).
