OBJECTIVES
To develop a health and safety training that
attempts to protect our workers from danger and
to reduce the number of injuries and illnesses at
our workplace.
SETTING BUDGET
(48 hours training)

A training budget should include the following costs:


• Initial communication about the training program.
• Training delivery (e.g. classes, video tutorials, e-learning, course fees)
• Training materials (workbooks, videos)
• Staff time (including replacement time)
• Instructor fee

VENUE/ WHERE TO TRAIN?

CMDF training courses may also be offered as in-house training for


companies; while skills’ upgrading and trade testing are conducted in
communities ( training cum production, i.e., workers may be trained in
community projects sites for proper job execution).

• Knowledge base training
• Demonstration workshop
EVALUATING TRAINING

We will conduct an evaluating training


after 3months so that they have time to
adjust and apply the trainings that they
learned.

• Medical instructor
Follow up training:
Demonstration of using machines
Consulting in professional construction workers
 Video presenting of what to do when accident happens. (electrical
safety & basic first aid kit)
