 POPE FRANCIS LAUNCHES PROGRAM TO PUT LAUDATO SI’ INTO
ACTION THROUGHOUT THE CHURCH (MAY 25, 2021)

• The Vatican Dicastery for promoting Integral Human Development

debuted the Laudato Si’ Action Platform for Integral Ecology at a press
conference in May 25, 2021 with the Pope inviting all Catholics on a
journey “to create the future we want: a more inclusive, fraternal,
peaceful and sustainable world.”
• During the press conference, a road map for 7-year process was
presented. The first year ids dedicated to community building, resource
sharing and developing plans to achieve the goals of Laudato Si’. It is
followed by 5 years of concrete actions to achieve the goals, then a final
