as confidence-building measures in potential and post-conflict
situations, taking into account the situation IDPs and persons who
have returned to their previous place of residence;

national, thematic, cross-border and regional programs;

Thus, this information and communication activity, which is directly
aimed at involving citizens, broadcasts messages in line with the 10
general priorities of the European Commission and the actions set
out in the Commission's annual work programs, is a crucial
contribution to how well informed European citizens feel they have
their voice heard in the EU, which in turn shapes the factors that
should increase the number of positive feedback and comments
received during the EU image survey.
Ukraine is also eligible for support under a number of other EU
instruments, such as the Instrument for Stability and Peace (IcSP),
humanitarian aid, Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP)
activities, Common Security and Defense Policy missions and
operations ( CSDP), European Initiative for Democracy and Human
Rights, Partnership Instrument, Instrument for Nuclear Safety
Cooperation, macro-financial assistance, thematic programs under
the Development Cooperation Instrument and external actions
under EU internal programs such as research and innovation
(Horizon 2020 »), Energy, transport, education and youth (Erasmus
+) and the creative sector (Creative Europe). As part of regional
development, Ukraine participates in the EU Strategy for the
Danube Region and the Danube Transnational Program.

In the context of the EU’s Brexit preparedness, it answers to
questions of citizens who want to know more about how to prepare
for a “no-deal” scenario. To this end, it remains open over some
weekends. 109,000 questions in 2018 27,000 questions between
January-March 2019 Approximately 1,300 questions on Brexit
between January-March 2019. This is the same amount of Brexit-
questions of the entire year 2018. 86% of questions directly
answered 85% of clients satisfied 16% of questions from outside the
