The Objective of this Breakout Session:

1. To complete your Action Plan in implementing this programme as a whole –


Remedial Instruction Strategies & Toolkit, Root Cause Analysis Tool, Classroom
Management & AfL Strategies, Lesson Observation Tool, etc.
2. To discuss when and how you will share this Action Plan with your Panel Head
for further alignment and support

2. Next, explore some things you can do integrate the AfL strategies into yourlessons - next
week, next month, this term and throughout the year. - Slide d
You will need to:
a. Select what you would like to do in each category (week, month, term, year)
b. Identify your next steps on how to put it into action.

3. Finally, create a plan to share all your knowledge and materials acquired in the last 4 days
with your Panel Head- Slide e
