WHAT IS YOUR ROUTINE?

Every morning I get up at 6:20

a.m. And say goodbye to my
husband that he is going to
work. Then I water the plants
in my yard and give my dog
food.

At 7 in the morning, I prepare
breakfast for my son, and I am
about to take him to school. I
leave it at the door of the school,
give it a hug and say goodbye to
it.
From 8 to 10 in the morning I go to
the gym and training weight.
Exercise is very important to me,
and it is already part of my daily
routine. I complement it with good
nutrition but sometimes it is difficult
for me to follow a diet.
Leaving the gym, I do the shopping
list and later go for my son at school.
As we walk back home, I ask him
how his day went.
Arriving home, we clean
and prepare the food.
