Rawalpindi)
• Sample size: 250 questionnaires (female & Male)
• Sample characteristics
• Data analysis techniques
Discussion
• Out of total hypotheses, two hypotheses have a significant
relationship with the dependent variable and accepted. The
hypothesis has shown that if the despotic and aversive leadership
increases in the organization then deviant workplace behavior also
increases.
• In the literature there were some answers that state that despotic
leadership and aversive leadership have an important effect on
deviant workplace behavior perhaps directly or indirectly by
influencing the nursing sector.
Conclusion
• The main purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of despotic
leadership and aversive leadership on deviant workplace behavior in
the nursing sector. This study was taken because it was necessary to
raise this severe problem that nurses face every day due to the dark
leadership they work under.
• It is the problem that has the least attention in the country. It was
proven by the study that despotic and aversive leadership are one of
the reasons people don’t prefer to be in the nursing profession.
