WHAT İSTHE GREENHOUSE GASES?

• The gases that keep the sun's rays reflected from the earth are called
greenhouse gases.
• Carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and water vapor are greenhouse
gases
HOW TO İNCREASE GREENHOUSE GASES?

• Things like deforestation, synthetic fertilizer, deodorant and fossil fuel use
increase greenhouse gasses.
RESULT OF GLOBAL WARMİNG

• As a result of global warming, glaciers melt, ecology deteriorates, agricultural


products do not grow.
HOW CAN WE REDUCE GLOBAL WARMİNG?

• Energy-friendly bulbs should be used.


• Televisions should not be left on standby.
• Correct lighting should be used.
• Houses should be insulated against heat loss.
• Thins like those
"KYOTO PROTOCOL"

• A protocol was signed in Kyoto, Japan, by 162 industrial countries, including


Turkey. With this protocol, it has been tried to ensure that countries reduce
their greenhouse gas emissions to a minimum. Unfortunately, most countries
have not yet fully complied with this protocol. The country that releases the
most greenhouse gases into the atmosphere is the United States of America.
They release 5 tons of greenhouse gases per person per year into the
atmosphere. However, the United States of America has not fully complied
with this protocol.
