Abstract
 Hypothyroidism is also called underactive thyroid,
where the production of hormones are less.
 The need for clinically effective, safe, patient-
acceptable, and outlay hypothyroid treatment is
increasing.
 Here, we’ll see whether ujjayi pranayama really works
as boon or not.
