MCV UPDATE XXI 2022
• If you wish to present your research at the MCV Update XXI 2022, please submit your abstract following the
instructions below.
1. Abstracts must be written in English
2. Abstract should constitute of Original Research, Meta Analysis, and Case Report / Series
3. There are two styles of presentations
• Online Oral Presentation
• E-Poster
4. The final decision to accept or reject the submitted abstracts will be made by the Congress
Chairperson, and based on the reviews of judges delegated by the Congress Chairperson.
5. The selected abstract will be determined by the Congress Chairperson for oral or poster presentation

• Deadline for abstract submission

• Online abstract submission starts: September 16th 2022
• Deadline for Initial Submission: October 3rd 2022
 How to Submit Your Abstract
• Registration Procedures
– Instructions for abstract registration will be shown on the online registration form.
– Please note that one person is allowed to register up to 10 abstracts as the first author.

• Body of the Abstract

– The body of the abstract (excluding title, author's name, and organizational affiliation) must be 250 words or less in
English.
– Abstract may include one diagram. The diagram can be in either landscape or portrait orientation. However, in case the
abstract includes a diagram, the body of the abstract should be 170 words or less.
– Spicified Format :
1. Case Report/ Case Series use the following format:
– Background
– Case Summary
– Discussion
2. Original Research and Meta-Analysis
– Background
– Methods and Results
– Conclusion
