What are limited liability companies and their
nature? (Article 46 and 74, the law on enterprises 2020)
A limited liability company is an enterprise having
legal person status and in which:
Its members can be individuals or organisations;
The number of members must not exceed 50;
Its members will be liable for debts and other
property obligations of the companies within the
amount of capital contributed to the companies;
Shares are not allowed to be issued;
Bonds can be issued in compliance with law. 2
