Socio Labs is a Delhi-based digital company that effortlessly works with versatile

Introduction
Recruitment is the process of actively seeking out, finding and hiring candidates for a
specific position or job. The recruitment definition includes the entire hiring process,
from inception to the individual recruit’s integration into the company.
In an increasingly competitive and fast-moving labor market, it is critical for
businesses to understand why some employees go and others stay — not only for the
bottom line, but also to retain top talent. Understanding what employees value,
measuring the financial impact of retention and turnover, and managing and
improving employee retention are all strategic advantages.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVES :

● To assess and evaluate recruitment process, in hiring talents at


Socio Labs.
● To analyse the factors how talent is attracted towards organization
and work with them effectively.
● To analyse policies to retain employees within the organization.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

● The study is based on primary data which is collected through a


questionnaire from the employees of Socio Labs. Later the
collected data has been compiled for the purpose of this study
● Convenience sampling method has been used to choose the
respondents.
● The questionnaire had 11 close ended questions. All the questions
were related to the objective of the study.
Findings:

1) The overall Recruitment process in Socio Labs is satisfactory.


2) Management is doing good job in regard to maintenance and provide
other facilities that leads to employee satisfaction.
3) The recruitment sources that are being used have given satisfactory
results till date
