questionnaire from the employees of Socio Labs. Later the collected data has been compiled for the purpose of this study ● Convenience sampling method has been used to choose the respondents. ● The questionnaire had 11 close ended questions. All the questions were related to the objective of the study. Findings:
1) The overall Recruitment process in Socio Labs is satisfactory.
2) Management is doing good job in regard to maintenance and provide other facilities that leads to employee satisfaction. 3) The recruitment sources that are being used have given satisfactory results till date Thank You.
