oracle that he won’t
have a son but a
grandson who will be
the caused of his death

Zeus entered Danae’s

chamber and in an
instant she conceived a
baby

King Acrisius learned about
Danae’s baby and he ordered for
Danae and her child to sent adrift
to the sea

 KING POLYDECTES
King Polydectes was captivated
with Danae’s beauty. He was
jealous over the love Danae giving
to Perseus, so he send Perseus to
an adventure to kill Medusa

Hermes give Perseus a sword

while Athena gave him a shield.
Hermes also told Perseus to get the
winged sandals, helmet of
invisibility and the magic wallet

 THE GRAEAE AND THE NYMPS
Perseus snatched the eye of the
Grey women and he was able to
know the direction of the Nymphs
of the North. He then headed there
as soon as he get the direction

THE GORGONS AND THE BEHEADING OF MEDUSA
With one swift of his sword
and with the help of his shield
as mirror, he was able to
beheaded Medusa and put her
head inside the magic wallet

 ANDROMEDA
While Perseus is on his way
home, he was captivated by
the beautiful lady that was
chained on the cliff. He saved
Andromeda and was able to
let her parents allow for their
marriage

 PHINEAS
Phineas, who courted Andromeda
for a long time, challenge Perseus
into a duel. In the end Perseus was
the one who took the victory

As the King and Queen of
Ethopian agreed for both Perseus
and Andromeda to get together ,
Perseus took Andromeda to his
homeland

competition and he accidentally hit
an old man in the audience. It was
then learned that the old man he
accidentally hit by the discuss was
his grandfather King Acrisius
