OUR MISSION:
WE ARE AN INSTITUTION COMMITTED TO PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE THROUGH THE
DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF SUPERIOR LEARNING SYSTEMS. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE
OPTIMUM VALUE TO ALL OUR STAKEHOLDERS – OUR STUDENTS, OUR FACULTY MEMBERS,
OUR EMPLOYEES, OUR PARTNERS, OUR SHAREHOLDERS, AND OUR COMMUNITY. WE WILL

 based on my understanding the STI Vision and Mission are growing into more
DELORITOS FRANZ of an foundation dedicated to making progress and offering high-quality
education in order to create and deliver superior learning systems. Their
objective is to assist students to learn and develop their talents so they will be
ready for college, the workforce, and their futures.
BILLONES JEKA Vision I understand in vision is you can be a leader to everyone but first you
need to be a responsible to your members also if you're a leader you need to
make your self a good model to make your members be a responsible in our
society.
 Our Mission: 
 From my perspective STI’s vision is to provide a better and a more accessible learning
experience for their students and provide optimum value for their investor’s resources and
the wellbeing of their students and their faculty members, teachers, and staff. This could
be achieved by their creative way of providing learning materials and learning systems
while being as transparent and dedicated to their work. As a first year college student
there is this stigma where older people tell us that this is the last part of our journey to
have a successful life. But as we all know this is a great understatement and could
BOLINAS LEE sometimes be a downright naive way of thinking or they’re just trying to ease us in the
moment thus giving us this statement. Knowing this all, getting a student ready for the
real world is essential. We do not stop learning and life is full of hurdles. Getting a college
degree wouldn’t matter if you don’t have determination to succeed.

Our Vision:
STI’s vision is to provide the best learning experience for their students and be the leader in
innovative educational systems that would nurture their students to be a dependable,
responsible and competent member of the society and provide assistance to other people in
any way they can.
 Our Mission:
The mission of the school is to provide or expand the learning of an STIer. You may ask “in what way?”
first with honesty/integrity here is STI teaching the students with honest or true information about the
study is one way to improve their skills and learning, second STI teacher dedicate/committed to their jobs
just to teach the students and results release their hidden skills or knowledge, third with transparency
teaching the students clear it may help them enjoy their time learning because sometimes the reason why
students is not focus on the lesson because it is hard t o understand but here in STI they teach with
transparency thats why many students likes to learn new things and enjoying lessening to their prof.
Fourth, with creativity, teaching students is not easy. The teacher needs to take the attention of the students

the attention of the students and also enjoy their time learning new things.

Our Vision:
As STIers we need to be more independent and learn new things especially in the current time period.
Here in STI we need to be a leader not just a member, we need to move forward and teach other people
what we know and they need to know. Also being a leader we need to know or study more and expand
our learnings for them to know a lot and to be a future leader we need to take care of other people or our
members.
 Our Mission:
Sti's vision indicates that we will be a leader in today's modern and helping people
achieve, cultivating individual people to be proficient and capable societal member.

That we really are a single institution dedicated to imparting knowledge through
the development and delivery of superior learning systems, according to the
mission of Sti. Let us work together to deliver the best value to all of our
relevant parties , to faculty members, employees, affiliates, and others
shareholders, our community, and other students of Sti like us.
As students, we must continue this mission with complete honesty and
dedication Accountability and inventiveness.
 • Our Mission:
-Being a student in STI, we must know how our school and teachers operate. STI
provides value or gives value to all of its stakeholders, because without us
(stakeholders), STI would not be complete and would not be called an institution. STI's
mission is to add knowledge to students' minds and make them do their best to reach
beyond our limits. If STI is there helping us and assisting us to achieve our dream, we,
the members of STI, must love and protect our school from having a disrespectful
image. As a team, we will become united to pursue our desired goals by being creative,
having integrity, dedication, and transparency.

Being a leader is the best thing we should think about. For you to be able to lead your
members, you must be a strong, brave, and wise person. Additionally, you can
encourage each of them to work harder to realize their intended objectives. Encourage
them to possess similar qualities to yours, such as strength, bravery, and intelligence,
so they can contribute more to society.

To be the leader in innovative and relevant education that nurtures individuals to become
competent and responsible members of society.
Effective school leaders build and sustain reciprocal family and community partnerships
and leverage those partnerships to cultivate inclusive, caring and culturally responsive
school communities. To build these community networks it is essential that school leaders
are visible in their schools and community, develop trust and create a sense of
transparency and shared purpose with parents, staff, community members and students
