Poetry is not just listing of phrases or putting difficult to


understand words. Being part of the English language, it
should also be within the rules of correct grammar, mechanics
(punctuation), and usage. Poems also consider grammar,
mechanics and usage.

To be a poet means being an expert in the language. You must


master the language first before you can play around with it.
