Introduction
I Begum Hazrat Mahal's my name is Muhammedi Khanum, and I was born in
Faizabad, Awadh, India. I was sold by my parents and became a profession. I
entered the royal harem after having been sold to Royal agents,  and was
known as Mahek Pari. I became a Begum after being accepted by the King of
Awadh

Short Note -

I Begum Hazrat Mahal also known as the


Begum of Awadh, I am the second wife of
Nawab of Awadh Wajid Ali Shah, and the
regent of Awadh in 1857–1858. I am known
for the leading role in the rebellion against the
British East India Company.

During the Indian Rebellion of 1857, I Begum


Hazrat Mahal's band of supporters rebelled
against the British under the leadership of Raja
Jalal Singh; they want to control Lucknow, and
I took power as the guardian of my minor son,
Prince Birjis Qadr, whom I declared as the
ruler of Awadh.

During Revolt -

Ultimately, I return to Nepal. I died there in


1879 and was buried in the grounds of
Kathmandu's Jama Masjid.
