· Depression and mental health illnesses.
· Insomnia
THE TIPS TO AVOID THE NEGATIVE EFFECTS
OF A BAD DIET ARE :

- To drink a lot of water


- Eliminate junk food
- have a balanced diet
- Exercise regularly

- Do not drink alcohol
