About Hangul
Before Hangeul, Koreans
used Chinese characters.
However, Chinese charac-
ters have become too diffi-
cult for many people to
write and read.
So King Sejong decided to
make Hangul for the peo-
ple, and Hangeul was
King Sejong founded by King Sejong in
the great 1446.
It took only a few hours
for the people to read and
pronounce Hangul.
