* The teacher reminds the students to bring their student
passports with them
* The teacher tells the students to go out of the classroom
per column and silently form two lines outside the classroom
following their class number.
The beadle stays in front while the president stays at the
back of the class.
The teacher ensures that:
- the class consistently maintains silence while moving to the
next venue;
- the students bring their student passports;
- he/she (teacher) ends the class five minutes before the
time and accompanies the class back to the classroom.
 
The beadle ensures that:

- doors are locked;

- section tracker is updated;
- lights and fans are switched off
