    The crime of robbery involves

    ELEMENTS OF
    (1) the taking of the property of
    ROBBERY another
    (2) from his or her person or in
    CRIMES AGAINST
    PROPERTY their presence
    (3) by violence, intimidation or
    threat
    (4) with the intent to deprive
    them of it permanently.

    the essential elements of theft
    are:
    (1) the taking of personal
    ELEMENTS OF property;
    THEFT (2) the property belongs to
    another;
    CRIMES AGAINST (3) the taking away was done
    PROPERTY with intent of gain;

    (5) the taking away is
    accomplished without violence
