and affect your ability to cope with stress or manage
difficult emotions.

• Weakened immune system. You may be more prone to


frequent colds, infections, or respiratory diseases.

• Other potential effects include obesity, lower sex drive


and depression.

-Keep a regular sleep schedule.
-Fine-tune your sleeping environment.
-Exercise regularly.
-Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
-Wake up early.
-Savor your last hour before bed.
-Deal with worries before bedtime.
