1. Create the parish synodal team – 10 -15 persons
2. Setting of the orientation and synodal process on the parish level
3. Prepare all the tools for the synodal process

4. Make sure that all consultation processes are well documented and
“minuted” by the secretary.
5. Start the synodal process with a prayer using the SYNOD PRAYER
6. followed by a short “kamustahan”. The Facilitator introduces him/herself
7. Roll Call and Preliminaries: The facilitator then acknowledges all participants
8. The facilitator presents the question per theme and after than asks question if there clarifications.
Etc…before moving to the next set of questions per theme.
 Synodal process
It is important and highly encouraged that the Parish Orientation and
Synodal Process starts with a Holy Hour. Also we end the Holy Hour with
Marian floral Offering

 For Sharing
May tatlo kag ‘rounds’ ang sharing:
1. First round: suno sang bunga sang pangamuyo sang kada isa, magpa-ambit basi sa ‘Kabug-usan
nga Pamangkot’ (KP). Wala sang diskusyon diri, purely sharing lang, kag mamati lang sang
atentibo ang tanan. Sa tanan, batyaga kun diin ka ginahulag sang ES, sa imo nabatian, sa imo gin-
share, sa nagakatabo sa grupo. Pagkatapos sang sharing sang tanan, maghipos sang makadali [2-
3mins], batyaga ang hulag sang ES.

2. Second round: Ang kada isa mag-share sang kun ano ang nakatandog sa ila (sa 1st round) kag sang
ti-on sang paghipos. Ang pag-‘dialogo’ pwede na matabo diri (pagpamangkot, pag-affirm, pag-
agree, etc.).Pagasundan ini [liwat] sang paghipos [2-3mins].

3. Third round: Diri mamalandong ang kada isa kun ano ang nag-igo sang halos tanan sa ila, kag kun
diin sila seryoso nga ginahangkat. Diri mas atentibo ang documentor sa pagsulat sang bag-o nga
mga panglantaw kag mga pamangkot [problems and issues] nga wala masolbar.

Magatakop sa pag-ampo sang pagpasalamat sang isa ka myembro.

 
Ang sharing or ang e-share pwede sa porma sang pamangkot (question), o hangkat (challenge),
o pag-usisa (criticism), pagbalabag (disagreement), ukon pagsugot (agreement/affirmation),
ukon suhestyon (suggestion). Pwede sa positibo ukon negatibo ang unod sang e-share.

kami sa dalan nga amon paga-agyan kag kon paano kami magpadayon sa amon
