Workshop on Programmable Logic Controller

 Objectives :-
The goal of engineering education is to coach engineering graduates well in branch of admission, have
a holistic personality and must have want to serve society and nation. It is expected that an engineering
graduate work for solving the problems of society using the fashionable technologies and practices. That
needs the broad understanding of the society and relationships. It's required to cultivate the human values in
engineering graduates to fulfil his responsibilities as an engineer, a citizen and an individual's being.
Considering the various social backgrounds and whether or not a student comes from the urban or rural
areas
they differ in many of the life skills and their abilities and thinking. They may have selected their branch
of admission due to rush; their interest in subject is question. They are facing the problems like hostel and
settlements, pressures from peers and several related issues. To overcome such issues, it's necessary to create
an environment for college kids therefore that they feel comfortable, find their interest and explore their inner
beings, produce bonding with different students, establish relation with academics, work for excellence, get a
broader read of life and apply human values to make characters. The workshop covers the numerous activities
that allows them to overcome all such issues and motivates them to perform well in the subject of (PLC)
Programmable logic controller.
 Action Plan :-
In order to execute the workshop Program successfully, theinstitute appointed three faculties
(Prof. Y.R.Joshi , Prof. Harsh.G.Tailor and Prof.Rahul.R.Chauhan) they attended the workshop by SOFCON
PVT. LTD.
The workshop is held on September 27, 2022 at Bhailalbhai and Bhikhabhai Institute Of Technology, Anand,
Vallabhvidhya Nagar. Professor Prof. Y.R Joshi HOD of Mechatronics department guided the students of both
Mechatronics and Electrical department about the importance of automation and PLC (Programmable Logic
Controller) in the industries.Then sir from sofcon start the session and also give the practical knowledge.We
also does the practical of PLCs. The SOFCON PVT. LTD., Baroda included the following activities and
modules about the PLC that have been successfully organizedand accomplished with in the stipulated time.

We tend to gain lots of knowledge about the PLC with practical performance . The special Wrokshop
organized by SOFCON for the students to increase their data and practical skills yet on develop their the
interest in PLC.
