SUMMARY OF THE CASE STUDY
Godha Engineering specializes in the installation of heating and air
conditioning equipment in a metropolitan area. The company is
established 40 years ago and as a result, it has earned a reputation for
quality work. Prabhu Lal has been with the company as sales
representative for two years. During this period, he believes that the
company has missed a number of opportunities to obtain lucrative
contracts. Prabhu Lal cant do anything about it because he doesn’t have
an authority to make decision for the company and as a result, their
company is left behind by other company.

1. In what respects do you think Prablu Lal is
justified or not justified in his complaint?

2. What can be done on a company-wide basis to


improve the situation?
CONCLUSION
• We conclude that communication is important in ones company.
And this is lack/missing in Godha Engineering. The three levels of
management – Top, Middle and Low Level must function, connect
and work together to achieve organization’s goal. Managerial
Management must be aware and responsible to their job to always
notice the problem occuring in the company, come up a solution
and make a decision for the company. In that case, problems that is
experiencing of Godha Engineering will be avoided and prevent the
company from losses.
