Proposed Project Titles:

1. Choose a Nutritious and varied option
Mechanics:
Each pupil will have a daily showcase of his/her varied choices of nutritious food and
will be able to tell/describe what these food’s nutrients are. This activity can be done
thru Facebook my day or picture taking and sending in class GCs
A checklist once a week will be answered to monitor maximum participation. Google
form of feedback and suggestions from parents will also be done.

Persons Involve:
Parents, teachers, talipapa / store vendors (an interview of different vegetables etc.
as part of choosing non-costly varied food as replacement for costly meat, fruits etc.)
2. Pinggang Pinoy
Proposed Project Titles:
Level up Pinggang Pinoy ko
Sagot sa malnutrition ito!
Family Pinggang Pinoy ko Post ko!

Mechanics:
Each pupil from all grade levels will take a picture of their own version of Pinggang
Pinoy (bento food style) following the Go, Grow and Glow food chart. They make a
poster on this and be part of their art activities.
A checklist once a week will be answered to monitor maximum participation. Google
form of feedback and suggestions from parents will also be done.

Persons Involve:
Art enthusiasts, Cooks/chefs in the family, SPTA, teachers, and friends
3. Drink water and milk

Proposed Project Titles:


#My day, My Water and Milk day!

Mechanics:
Using social media with parents’ permission, pupils can pose for a tiktok or fb myday
on their good habits of drinking milk and water. They can also say or explain the
importance of drinking water and milk.
A checklist once a week will be answered to monitor maximum participation. Google
form of feedback and suggestions from parents will also be done.

Persons Involve:
ICT teachers, pupils, family members
4. Exercise daily

Proposed Project Titles:


# Forda FIT Family Funday (F4)

Mechanics:
Each pupil will have daily 10-20 minutes of fun physical activities with family
members or friends. While doing this they will have short vlog why exercise and
keeping the body fit is important for the whole family or for the group.
A checklist once a week will be answered to monitor maximum participation. Google
form of feedback and suggestions from parents will also be done.

Persons Involve:
Family or friends in the neighborhood, pupils
5. Care for the Planet
Proposed Project Titles:
“Trash Trash Away, Wellness Items Give Away!”

Mechanics:
“ Trash trash away, Wellness Items give away!”
As part of the clean and green school, pupils will give their recyclable materials like
empty pet bottles, used papers, etc. to the SPTA and teachers. A corresponding
giveaway will be given to those who can meet the required number of recyclables.
Instead of cash, rewards will be wellness goods like fruits, eggs, or another harvest
from the school garden like calamansi fruits, gabi leaves, kangkong, malunggay
leaves, etc.

form of feedback and suggestions from parents will also be done.

SPTA, RES Alumni, pupils and parents
“ Trash Trash Away, Wellness Items Give Away!”
Each student is encouraged to collect and bring recyclable materials such as used
papers, newspapers, magazines, “karton” or boxes, used bottled water, and other
recyclable things.

This will be done every day, then every Friday they will bring it to the covered court
for collection.

The SPTA Officers are the in-charge of the collection of the said recyclable materials.
